Get your Youngstar race-ready! This 3-day training camp is designed to teach kids ages 8–15 the skills, technique, and confidence they need to take on the full HYROX Youngstars experience — culminating in a live simulation race on the final day.
Led by Coach Tiffany, this camp breaks down every HYROX Youngstars station with age-appropriate coaching on proper form, breathing, and pacing so kids show up to race day strong, safe, and prepared.
Stations 1–5: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, and Rowing
Kids will work through each station in small groups, learning proper technique, breathing patterns, and pacing strategy so they can move efficiently and avoid burning out early in the race. Lunch is provided and served from 12:00–1:00 PM. While the kids eat, parents are invited to join our 12:00 PM adult class and get a workout in. After lunch, we'll bring parents and kids together for a conversation on race-day nutrition — what to eat, when to eat it, and how to fuel for performance.
Stations 6–8: Farmer's Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls
We'll continue building the skillset with technique, breathing, and pacing work on the remaining stations. Just like Thursday, lunch is provided from 12:00–1:00 PM, with a concurrent adult workout available during that hour. After lunch, we'll walk through what to expect on Saturday so every athlete — and parent — feels confident and ready.
This is what the training camp has been building toward. Kids will take on a full HYROX Youngstars simulation, putting everything they've learned into action from start to finish.
Adults aren't left on the sidelines — while the kids race, parents have the option to attack their own HYROX Sim, choosing between a HalfRox or a full HYROX Sim. Bring the whole family and make it a race day for everyone.
